HOW TO PURCHASE/SHIPPING/DELIVERY

1) Orders can be placed by e-mail, phone or by fax. Make sure to include the reference numbers of the pieces you are interested in and all contact information.

2) When we receive your order, we will reserve the item for you pending payment.

3) After receiving your order, we will forward you an invoice, which must be payed within 10 days. If we have not received your payment within 10 days, we will consider the order cancelled.

4) When we have received your payment we will contact the shipper for pick-up.


Payment: Orders via the phone, fax or Internet: bank-to-bank wire transfer, credit card, and PayPal payment accepted.

Showroom: Visa/MasterCard, cash, or personal check accepted.

SHIPPING
Items must be paid before shipping. Please contact us for a shipping quote. We will work with the buyer to find the safest and most economical way to ship an item, or shipper of buyer’s choice will be used. For most large items, blanket-wrap shipper such as Plycon Van Lines will be used. 

All items are located at our showroom/warehouse in Emeryville, CA 94608 and can be picked up by appointment or during normal business hours. 

LOCAL DELIVERY CHARGE
Local delivery services are available Wednesday through Saturday from 11:00am to 5:00pm. Flat rates to the following locations:

Berkeley, Oakland, Emeryville                  $ 75.00

San Francisco                                    $125.00

San Leandro, Hayward                           $125.00

Marin County                                            $150.00

RETURN POLICY
KLASSIK by LYNNE offers a full refund less 5% credit card fees (if applicable) within 7 days of the date of purchase.  After 7 days, store credit will be given on purchase price less 15% restocking fee, up to 30 days.

Refund not available on delivery or shipping charges.
